At by carmont, we strive to deliver your rugs safely and efficiently. Please read the information below for details about our shipping process.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:
All states and territories within Australia.
International shipping available to selected countries – please contact us for a quote.

Handling Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after purchase.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted couriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, Allied Express and Toll to deliver your orders. Tracking details will be emailed once your order is shipped.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are:

Metro areas: 3–8 business days
Regional areas: 5–10 business days
Remote areas: Up to 14 business days

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, or severe weather.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your delivery via the courier's website.

Missed Deliveries & Authority to Leave (ATL)

  • If you're not home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place (if ATL is selected) or leave a card for redelivery or collection.
  • Large rugs may require someone to be present to receive delivery.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping

We ship internationally upon request. Please contact us at hello@bycarmont.com for a custom shipping quote. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees.
